CORRESPONDENCE & INFORMATION: Most correspondence for meeting notices and special event information will be sent via email; by regular mail for those who do not have it. It is crucial that your contact information stays current with the Executive Secretary.
The member list is shared with Public Affairs and Protocol offices for their use as needed.
Annual Membership Dues are $150.00, which includes quarterly luncheon meals. You may bring a guest, usually at a cost of $20. You must RSVP for luncheons by the deadline for ordering meals. For new members who join during the 2nd, 3rd or 4th quarters, dues will be prorated accordingly.
Access to LRAFB for Quarterly meetings"
- It is necessary and required that members RSVP to attend quarterly meetings.
- An "Entry Access List" (EAL) will be provided to Security Forces with the names of those who have RSVP'd on time.
- Guests may be required to go into the Visitor Center for a sponsor/member to sign them in

Failure to attend meetings may result in your membership being dropped.
Cell Phone Usage: Only hands free devices are permitted on LRAFB while driving.
PPE Required for Motorcycles: Riders of motorcycles are required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when riding on LRAFB. Entry will be denied without this gear.
Firearms, etc.
Firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited on LRAFB. Civilian “concealed weapons permits” do not apply on the installation. If a weapon is found during routine and/or random searches, it may be confiscated.
Solicitation: Solicitation for your business or cause on LRAFB is strictly prohibited. This includes distributing business materials, visiting offices, housing, selling products or goods, etc., without prior written approval from the Contracting Office. For those who seek to actively promote or pursue business as a vendor on LRAFB, a permit must be received from the Contracting Office. Your Community Council DV status does not include this privilege. Abuse may result in loss of membership. Political signs, cards, etc may not be distributed at meetings or events. Only bumper strips may be on vehicles (no large magnetic door signs).
Special Privileges: Members of the Community Council who have a DBIDS card or Military ID may use the Hangar 1080 and the Razorback Dining Hall (DFAC). Skills Center, Outdoor Rec and many more services. See sample list.
Active duty members always have priority over civilian Council members in scheduling events or reservations. Please remember access to these facilities & benefits is a privilege extended to us by the LRAFB.
As a valued member of the Little Rock Air Force Base Community, you are able to take advantage of the many amenities offered on the installation, The Force Support Squadron facilities listed below are open to the community. Please be aware that some services offered at Little Rock AFB May give preference to Active Duty and Dependents, especially if the service has limited space available.
